P1 Follow GOD’s will and analogy

I had surfed the internet and tried to find how people are following GOD's will, and quite disappointment; I ended up with nothing that is reason I had to write it myself.

Do we need to teach follow GOD’s will, most of people said NO, all we need to do is studying and more studying and it should come out naturally. However, is it consistent with GOD's word?

Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, or your ways my ways, says the Lord.
Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Jhn 14:21 He who has my laws and keeps them, he it is who has love for me: and he who has love for me will be loved by my Father, and I will have love for him and will let myself be seen clearly by him.
1Jn 2:3 And by this we may be certain that we have knowledge of him, if we keep his laws.
1Jn 2:4 The man who says, I have knowledge of him, and does not keep his laws, is false, and there is nothing true in him:

From the above that explains that we can not understand bible by human efforts unless GOD extend his help. Also, in order for his constant support, we need to keep own His word by read => remember => meditate => own and keep following GOD’s will, and there is no other way to do this.

Let’s recall, how do we learn how to drive: After we learn the basic of driving rule by passing testing with learning permit , we got the car key, sit with a driving coach, then, we went to a less traffic area, could be a parking lot, after about three months, we are comfortable to drive on the street.

Let’s see how we learn the Bible, we begin with bible study, listen to preaching, then, we join the Bible study. There is no indication when we will be graduated. We have quite bible knowledge, however, we do not know how to apply to our daily life, we still use the worldly way to live. What we have learn, like trinity, Jesus, Holy Spirit, end time, all kinds of history story, and spiritual principles , since, it is huge, we learn the new one and forget the old one, we do not know how to apply to our daily life. So, we are questioning ourselves what is GOD word have to do with our daily life; it is no wonder the young people, they are immerse in current culture, with no need to associate with church to gain social connection left the church with no difference in their life.

This is like when we learn to dive, but the coach showing you how the engine is built, how to balance tire, so, we observe the car manufacture, body shop, then, we was told we should know the car, you should be able to drive the car. If we were trained to drive in this situation, we would have injury ourselves and others.

So, this write up is designed to allow you to connect bible and your life in a short time. It will help in your church life. However, like your driving lesson, you need to have a coach that has been follow GOD’s will for some time. Also, He can provide you the guidance from his experience without fall back into worldly trap.
