10 Do for GOD

From 8 and 9, we practice how to follow GOD’s will, let us practice how to do thing with following GOD’s will

Col 3:23 Whatever you do, do it readily, as to the Lord and not to men;

This is a very potent verse , tell us to do everything for GOD, not for the worldly boss. This verse, especially is useful to do the things we do not like to do, however

When we practice this verse, we can also practice the following verses:

1Co 9:27 But I give blows to my body, and keep it under control, for fear that, after having given the good news to others, I myself might not have God's approval.

Pro 25:28 He whose spirit is uncontrolled is like an unwalled town which has been broken into.

And gradually achieve the following purposes

Luk 14:26 And turning round, he said to them, If any man comes to me, and has not hate for his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, and even for his life, he may not be my disciple.

Luk 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man has a desire to come after me, let him give up all, and take up his cross every day, and come after me.

You can self check to see if you do for GOD

If so, whatever you are doing is not influencing by others’ praise

If so,  you are looking for the rewards from other people

If so,  you are doing the things others do not care.

If so, you will always have joy to do things, only to please GOD.
