19 129 English
In 18, we mention sin/good, it shows whatever we do, if it is not good, then it is sin. Can you imagine, if GOD count and remember all our sin, would you be really scared. But let’s encourage how to do good to get score with GOD, because he is a merciful GOD. Let’s ignore the size of sin, just to see how can we score. In 14E, it shows how to increase our faith by obeying GOD’s word. So, the more you do it, the higher the score.
To do GOOD, the easier one is to eat our daily meals, think, three times a day, a year would a a thousand, ten years ten thousand, twenty years, twenty thousand , but how to do it?

From following 129 toward becoming disciple
Through GOD’s lead, I attend a new church and join small group fellowship. When I recalled the past experience , I can see GOD’s grace and his abundant love. I like to share what I experienced and gave thanks.
The most impact experience is led by Frank Tsao, he showed me how to follow GOD’s will through eating food and experience GOD’s grace. It is the path of becoming disciple through daily food. So, let’s see what had happened:
1) Collision event led by GOD
After I started to attend church for about two months, one day, when I went home after the worship. Frank Tsao’s car hit my car when he backs out. I found he is the member of small group fellowship speaker and decided to forgive this repair. Out of guilt and kindness , he volunteered to share with me how to eat and promise me to experience GOD in 72 hours.
2) Wandering in desert for nine months
After I receiving his power point, that I could not understand. I told him I don’t like brown rice, and I can not do it. So, brother Tsao apparently was turned off and did not talk to me for about nine months.
3. GOD’s shaking: blood test result
At the year end, I received my blood test result, my blood sugar is reaching diabetic level, I realize the serious of possible illness and turn to brother Tsao for his help.
4. Turn around
Brother Tsao sees my willingness also sees the Holy Spirit is working on me, he showed me how to eat healthily in GOD’s way. He told me to eat whole food. I summarized it in three rules:
- Eat 100% whole carbon hydrate food
- Must eat skin for all food
- Do not eat any snacks
He told me the reason, see Appendix one, and the consequences of not following in Appendix two, and benefit of following in Appendix three. According Genesis 1:29, we can eat everything GOD provide . However, we like to have good taste and easy to eat, so, we take the skin out, which is most of nutrition resided. Because of that, we ate a lot, but nutrition lacking due to missing up to 85% of nutrition. Also due to lack of fiber, we accumulate a lot of overnight due to bad bow movement. After I listen to his sharing, I took action and observe is it true.
5. Experience GOD’s grace
After trying for seven months, when starting one meal a day until all three meals everyday. I feel healthier, less sleepy in lunch hour, lost 10 pounds. My blood sugar goes to normal, even my blood pressure becomes normal. I am really becoming another person, a new creation.
Witness by follow GOD’s will (Genesis 1:29), and seeing GOD’s goodnesses in my life, I am aware of the blessing to obey GOD’s word. I can understand Jesus says, I came to give my sheep a new life and it is a more abundant life. (Appendix 4).
From this experience, I also realized who is the true lord. However, most of us always want to our own boss. But, If we turning every things to him in food, then, this way is a path to become a disciple and will gain a new abundant life. Because GOD’s thought is higher than ours, his roads is higher than ours.

In current world, to carry out Genesis 1:29, there is a certain level of difficulties , however if we compare the huge rewards , then, the cost you have to pay had no comparison, such as you can live out GOD’s image Gen 1:27, capable to carry out his mission Gen 1:28. It is worth while to do it.
From Roman 1:20, we can see GOD’s presence in nature. From Psalms 34:8, you can taste his goodness. Due to these abundant promises, no wonder Daniel would not let these unGODly food corrupt himself. Since, we are living in GOD’s will for daily meal, we are separated from the world, it is part of sanctification. It also increases our faith due to our obey GOD’s word. Also, when we evangelize, people can see GOD’s goodness, richness, and externalty.
Since, GOD’s requirement is quite high, I suggest that we set three steps to accomplish this:

Concern: If I eat the complete food, then, I need to eat skin, there is too much pesticide
Below are the chart extract from Agriculture department , it showed when we eat, the amount of pesticide is so small that would not affect our health. Even for top use of pesticide is apple, when it was checked out of 744 batch, only one exceeds department standards , however, it is still in the safe range
I had personally grown vegetables , and I had to use pesticide every two week, since after that period, the bug will start to eat my vegetables. So pesticide should not have such an impact. I think the key issue, is without eating skin, causing bad bow movement, which burdens liver and kidney and it seriously affected normal function the liver and kidney which are the organs responsible to resolve poison. Hence, they can not tolerate even the air pollution which caused allergic reaction.
(Appendix 2) GO astray way of eating
Rom 8:7 Because the mind of the flesh is opposite to God; it is not under the law of God, and is not able to be:

If we know what is GOD’s will, and also know what to do, however we still do our own way, then, here is what is going to happen

So, everyone start to eat less FAT
However, weight continued increase
Maybe, it caused by too much sugar so, we reduce sugar intake

And overweight still rising
Finally, we got the answer eating too much,
The above data is composed of three hundred million people, spanned for 40 years. However there is no way in comparison with GOD’s word, which is guarantee last forever.
Below is my study, I collected from internet, to reveal how GOD is doing on our food. Since, the information is based on current scientific discoveries. It would not be full proof. Unless our technology is able to convert white rice to brown rice, otherwise, we are like blind man try to figure out the picture of elephants .
Why we are eating too much, why can we control ourselves , if we eat less, are we going to malnutrition.
Below data shows, except Carories, most of nutrition is on the skin, so, if you do not eat skin, you will be missing most of nutrition.
Next graph, explains why we eat too much due to hunger, however GOD’s food does not have this problem.
When I was young, I like to eat white rice, but, it is like an addiction, it does not matter, how much I eat, I never satisfied. However, due to people scornful comments, I had to restrict myself. However, it is a puzzle to me.
When I came to Unite State, I heard the brown rice is beneficial to health, so, I switched to it. However, one day my wife bought a brown rice, when you cook it, it smell good, when you eat it taste good , I liked to eat it so much until I increased the amount to three times. Even with so much eating, the craving did not stop, until I ate 100% brown rice. This reminds me my previous experience of white rice. Out of curiosity , I examine it under magnifying glass, and discover there are some of them turning to white rice. So, I checked the ingredients it said partially grind brown rice. So, I realized:

These words are true to me for this experience , due to these rice are created by GOD, and there is no other way to make us satisfied except eat GOD’s food. And this characteristics is present in all the modified food, it causes us to eat more and never satisfied. For food manufacture, It is an easy sale, however, the consequences of this behavior is severe.
I stayed in this stage, good beginning for a long time, until ten year ago, able to go to next level. Only after age 60, I reached the perfect understanding. And, I am able to totally execute 129. God is faithful and just, once, you could do it, GOD shower you with his blessings, the itching skin, allergy problem had gradually disappeared .
With this blessing, I could evangelize to everyone without trouble . Also, since the residence of Holy Spirit when you hear the hymn, you would like to dance joyfully.
(Appendix 3) Through testing, becomes a disciple
By not pleasing to the flesh, through only eating 100% original food, you can grow a new you by controlling the flesh (since it still had the memory of being addicted to not 100% original food). I discovered this practice became a way to exercise my spiritual muscle. As time go on, It is easier and easier. Also, you have 1000 times a year to practice. By doing so, it strengthens your physical body, hence give you more spiritual power. Also, more spiritual full fill due to obey GOD’s word.
Testing: After we can do it in home for a while, now, we have chance to live out among our friends. Especially during a party, after a happy birthday celebration, it came with a cake. Now, you are facing not only previous temptation, but all the friends around you. It is time to practice Luke 14:26. Please pray hard to GOD to give you wisdom how to do it.
Recover from failure and keep sanctified: If you failed to keep 129, either due to weak in flesh, or hard to resist the request of friends, please confess it to GOD as soon as possible , GOD is just and righteous , he will wipe our sin and clean from our evil doing. Then, we can maintain the good relationship with GOD.
Opportunity as witness: If you have built up a strong spiritual muscle , and not eat modified food , please do not boast yourself. However, if someone asks you why, you can use GOD’s word as a tool of evangelization.
Comfort from GOD: There will be many situations, you will be longly, please come to GOD, he will comfort you. Because if you suffer due to obey GOD’s word, he will comfort you. If you have spiritual partner, then, you can encourage each others.
(Appendix 4) Immerse in GOD grace
Cleanness of intestine: After you practice 129 for a while, you will discover that you have better bow movement, since, all the food you eat has adequate amount of fiber designed by the designer, GOD. Some people, their face get clean and bad breath disappear. You will have better mood for handling daily living.
With good spirit, and away from disease: When you eat non original food, there will have excessive amount sugar generated , this is not the sugar we eat, but is later generated in our body ( I call it second sugar versus original sugar ). Due to excessive second sugar level(anything not designed by GOD will create excessive level of sugar) it will damage our blood vessel , stick to our nerve cells, so, liver will do an emergency operation to turn this second sugar to second oil ( versus original oil we take in). I think a lot of problems were caused by second sugar (before it has chance to convert to second oil), and second oil, that will clog all over our body. A lot of them, is in our blood vessel. Our blood vessel length is one hundred thousand kilo meter long, it can circle the earth 2.5 times. Some of blood vessel is only one of 1000th thickness of hair. So, when we are amazed by GOD’s work, we should follow this command to take care ourselves. After you practice 129 for a while, the previous accumulated oil would have opportunity to thin it out, I think. So, we are returning to GOD’s original design to allow us away from diseases with good spirit.
More energy: when I travel to china, I always attended Cantonese speaking group( my wife friend, all speak Cantonese ), however, I can not speak nor can I understand Cantonese. One day, my wife asked tour guide to switch to Mandarin, however, it causes a major protest. So, one afternoon, the tour guide in bus use mandarin in one word, and I communicate with him use mandarin for a while. Then, he keep talking to me in Mandarin, I asked him to switch to Cantonese. He said, don’t worry about it, since there are only three persons awake on the bus, me, tour guide and driver. Most of people fall asleep after the lunch due to excessive liver work which caused them to become sleepy. Since, my liver is free from this work, so, I have more energy.
More effective for medicine to function: when you have less second oil, the old second oil will have chance to get consume. So, your blood vessel will be cleaner day by day, I think. So, if you take medicine, it will be more effective due to less clogging and with less time. Also, your sense of tong, smell will increase day by day. With that you will be easier to enjoy food. So, you will be easier to praise the Lord. You will have less complaint.
In summary:
Jesus says if you love me, obey my command, John 14:15, 129 is requesting us to eat according to his design, because GOD want us to fulfill 127, to live out his image, fulfill 128, to manage the world. I hope everyone can become his disciple, obey GOD’s word to serve GOD, however, we first have to do 129 for our daily food, then, it will be easier to carry out the rest of command, since he will increase his daily presence to us (John 14:21).

Below are the chart extract from Agriculture department , it showed when we eat, the amount of pesticide is so small that would not affect our health. Even for top use of pesticide is apple, when it was checked out of 744 batch, only one exceeds department standards , however, it is still in the safe range
I had personally grown vegetables , and I had to use pesticide every two week, since after that period, the bug will start to eat my vegetables. So pesticide should not have such an impact. I think the key issue, is without eating skin, causing bad bow movement, which burdens liver and kidney and it seriously affected normal function the liver and kidney which are the organs responsible to resolve poison. Hence, they can not tolerate even the air pollution which caused allergic reaction.

Finally, we got the answer eating too much,
The above data is composed of three hundred million people, spanned for 40 years. However there is no way in comparison with GOD’s word, which is guarantee last forever.
Below is my study, I collected from internet, to reveal how GOD is doing on our food. Since, the information is based on current scientific discoveries. It would not be full proof. Unless our technology is able to convert white rice to brown rice, otherwise, we are like blind man try to figure out the picture of elephants .
Why we are eating too much, why can we control ourselves , if we eat less, are we going to malnutrition.
Below data shows, except Carories, most of nutrition is on the skin, so, if you do not eat skin, you will be missing most of nutrition.
Next graph, explains why we eat too much due to hunger, however GOD’s food does not have this problem.
When I was young, I like to eat white rice, but, it is like an addiction, it does not matter, how much I eat, I never satisfied. However, due to people scornful comments, I had to restrict myself. However, it is a puzzle to me.
When I came to Unite State, I heard the brown rice is beneficial to health, so, I switched to it. However, one day my wife bought a brown rice, when you cook it, it smell good, when you eat it taste good , I liked to eat it so much until I increased the amount to three times. Even with so much eating, the craving did not stop, until I ate 100% brown rice. This reminds me my previous experience of white rice. Out of curiosity , I examine it under magnifying glass, and discover there are some of them turning to white rice. So, I checked the ingredients it said partially grind brown rice. So, I realized:
Rom 1:20 For from the first making of the world, those things of God which the eye is unable to see, that is, his eternal power and existence, are fully made clear, he having given the knowledge of them through the things which he has made, so that men have no reason for wrongdoing:
Jhn 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the true and living way: no one comes to the Father but by me.
These words are true to me for this experience , due to these rice are created by GOD, and there is no other way to make us satisfied except eat GOD’s food. And this characteristics is present in all the modified food, it causes us to eat more and never satisfied. For food manufacture, It is an easy sale, however, the consequences of this behavior is severe.
I stayed in this stage, good beginning for a long time, until ten year ago, able to go to next level. Only after age 60, I reached the perfect understanding. And, I am able to totally execute 129. God is faithful and just, once, you could do it, GOD shower you with his blessings, the itching skin, allergy problem had gradually disappeared .
With this blessing, I could evangelize to everyone without trouble . Also, since the residence of Holy Spirit when you hear the hymn, you would like to dance joyfully.
(Appendix 3) Through testing, becomes a disciple
By not pleasing to the flesh, through only eating 100% original food, you can grow a new you by controlling the flesh (since it still had the memory of being addicted to not 100% original food). I discovered this practice became a way to exercise my spiritual muscle. As time go on, It is easier and easier. Also, you have 1000 times a year to practice. By doing so, it strengthens your physical body, hence give you more spiritual power. Also, more spiritual full fill due to obey GOD’s word.
Testing: After we can do it in home for a while, now, we have chance to live out among our friends. Especially during a party, after a happy birthday celebration, it came with a cake. Now, you are facing not only previous temptation, but all the friends around you. It is time to practice Luke 14:26. Please pray hard to GOD to give you wisdom how to do it.
Recover from failure and keep sanctified: If you failed to keep 129, either due to weak in flesh, or hard to resist the request of friends, please confess it to GOD as soon as possible , GOD is just and righteous , he will wipe our sin and clean from our evil doing. Then, we can maintain the good relationship with GOD.
Opportunity as witness: If you have built up a strong spiritual muscle , and not eat modified food , please do not boast yourself. However, if someone asks you why, you can use GOD’s word as a tool of evangelization.
Comfort from GOD: There will be many situations, you will be longly, please come to GOD, he will comfort you. Because if you suffer due to obey GOD’s word, he will comfort you. If you have spiritual partner, then, you can encourage each others.
(Appendix 4) Immerse in GOD grace
Cleanness of intestine: After you practice 129 for a while, you will discover that you have better bow movement, since, all the food you eat has adequate amount of fiber designed by the designer, GOD. Some people, their face get clean and bad breath disappear. You will have better mood for handling daily living.
With good spirit, and away from disease: When you eat non original food, there will have excessive amount sugar generated , this is not the sugar we eat, but is later generated in our body ( I call it second sugar versus original sugar ). Due to excessive second sugar level(anything not designed by GOD will create excessive level of sugar) it will damage our blood vessel , stick to our nerve cells, so, liver will do an emergency operation to turn this second sugar to second oil ( versus original oil we take in). I think a lot of problems were caused by second sugar (before it has chance to convert to second oil), and second oil, that will clog all over our body. A lot of them, is in our blood vessel. Our blood vessel length is one hundred thousand kilo meter long, it can circle the earth 2.5 times. Some of blood vessel is only one of 1000th thickness of hair. So, when we are amazed by GOD’s work, we should follow this command to take care ourselves. After you practice 129 for a while, the previous accumulated oil would have opportunity to thin it out, I think. So, we are returning to GOD’s original design to allow us away from diseases with good spirit.
More energy: when I travel to china, I always attended Cantonese speaking group( my wife friend, all speak Cantonese ), however, I can not speak nor can I understand Cantonese. One day, my wife asked tour guide to switch to Mandarin, however, it causes a major protest. So, one afternoon, the tour guide in bus use mandarin in one word, and I communicate with him use mandarin for a while. Then, he keep talking to me in Mandarin, I asked him to switch to Cantonese. He said, don’t worry about it, since there are only three persons awake on the bus, me, tour guide and driver. Most of people fall asleep after the lunch due to excessive liver work which caused them to become sleepy. Since, my liver is free from this work, so, I have more energy.
More effective for medicine to function: when you have less second oil, the old second oil will have chance to get consume. So, your blood vessel will be cleaner day by day, I think. So, if you take medicine, it will be more effective due to less clogging and with less time. Also, your sense of tong, smell will increase day by day. With that you will be easier to enjoy food. So, you will be easier to praise the Lord. You will have less complaint.
In summary:
Jesus says if you love me, obey my command, John 14:15, 129 is requesting us to eat according to his design, because GOD want us to fulfill 127, to live out his image, fulfill 128, to manage the world. I hope everyone can become his disciple, obey GOD’s word to serve GOD, however, we first have to do 129 for our daily food, then, it will be easier to carry out the rest of command, since he will increase his daily presence to us (John 14:21).

A) How is sin generated?
Jas 1:14 But every man is tested when he is turned out of the right way by the attraction of his desire.
Jas 1:15 Then when its time comes, desire gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is of full growth, gives birth to death.
1Jn 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we are false to ourselves and there is nothing true in us.
1Jn 1:10 If we say that we have no sin, we make him false and his word is not in us.
B) The bad fruit generated by sin is death
Jas 1:15 Then when its time comes, desire gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is of full growth, gives birth to death.
Rom 7:13 Was then that which is good, death to me? In no way. But the purpose was that sin might be seen to be sin by working death to me through that which is good; so that through the orders of the law sin might seem much more evil.
Rom 3:23 For all have done wrong and are far from the glory of God;
1Co 15:56 The pain of death is sin; and the power of sin is the law:
Rom 6:23 For the reward of sin is death; but what God freely gives is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.
C) But goodness is what GOD request us to do
Mat 19:16 And one came to him and said, Master, what good thing have I to do, so that I may have eternal life?
Mat 19:17 And he said to him, Why are you questioning me about what is good? One there is who is good: but if you have a desire to go into life, keep the rules of the law.
Eph 2:10 For by his act we were given existence in Christ Jesus to do those good works which God before made ready for us so that we might do them.
D) So, GOD give us bible to tell us how to do good

E) Men still have stiff neck, not willing to do good
Jer 2:19 The evil you yourselves have done will be your punishment, your errors will be your judge: be certain then, and see that it is an evil and a bitter thing to give up the Lord your God, and no longer to be moved by fear of me, says the Lord, the Lord of armies.
Col 2:8 Take care that no one takes you away by force, through man's wisdom and deceit, going after the beliefs of men and the theories of the world, and not after Christ:
Jhn 3:19 And this is the test by which men are judged: the light has come into the world and men have more love for the dark than for the light, because their acts are evil.
Jas 5:15 And by the prayer of faith the man who is ill will be made well, and he will be lifted up by the Lord, and for any sin which he has done he will have forgiveness.

F) We have to invite Holy Spirit to make things happen
Act 2:38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Rom 8:10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
1Jn 1:7 But if we are walking in the light, as he is in the light, we are all united with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son makes us clean from all sin.
G) However, Jesus have to suffer first
Isa 53:5 But it was for our sins he was wounded, and for our evil doings he was crushed: he took the punishment by which we have peace, and by his wounds we are made well.
Isa 53:6 We all went wandering like sheep; going every one of us after his desire; and the Lord put on him the punishment of us all.
H) Then, GOD provide salvation
Jhn 3:17 God did not send his Son into the world to be judge of the world; he sent him so that the world might have salvation through him.
Rom 3:23 For all have done wrong and are far from the glory of God;
Rom 3:24 And they may have righteousness put to their credit, freely, by his grace, through the salvation which is in Christ Jesus:

Ecc 2:26 To the man with whom he is pleased, God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy; but to the sinner he gives the work of getting goods together and storing up wealth, to give to him in whom God has pleasure. This again is to no purpose and desire for wind.
Heb 10:26 For if we do evil on purpose after we have had the knowledge of what is true, there is no more offering for sins,

A) Pray is talking to GOD, GOD ask us when we pray, don’t do it in front of people, to show off, but to hide yourself, also do not repeat
Mat 6:5 And when you make your prayers, be not like the false-hearted men, who take pleasure in getting up and saying their prayers in the Synagogues and at the street turnings so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward.
Mat 6:6 But when you make your prayer, go into your private room, and, shutting the door, say a prayer to your Father in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will give you your reward.
Mat 6:7 And in your prayer do not make use of the same words again and again, as the Gentiles do: for they have the idea that God will give attention to them because of the number of their words.
What kind of mental attitude we should have
1Ts 5:16 Have joy at all times.
1Ts 5:17 Keep on with your prayers.

How to let Holy Spirit live in us:

Become a little child
Mat 18:1 In that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Who is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
Mat 18:2 And he took a little child, and put him in the middle of them,
Mat 18:3 And said, Truly, I say to you, If you do not have a change of heart and become like little children, you will not go into the kingdom of heaven.
What is becoming a little child: a little child whole living is depending on parents, when we pass rebirth , our daily activities is fully depended on GOD’s guidance, or follow bible teaching. Let’s see if we become like little child, are we perfect? Let see:
This is what Paul’s lifelong spirit:
Phl 3:14 I go forward to the mark, even the reward of the high purpose of God in Christ Jesus.
Until he knew he will be dead
2Ti 4:6 For I am even now being offered, and my end is near.
2Ti 4:7 I have made a good fight, I have come to the end of my journey, I have kept the faith:
2Ti 4:8 From now on, the crown of righteousness is made ready for me, which the Lord, the upright judge, Will give to me at that day: and not only to me, but to all those who have had love for his revelation.
This is consistent with Bible says

Why so, let’s see the road to salvation

So, It is possible changing from small road to broad road
That is losing salvation
Heb 10:26 For if we do evil on purpose after we have had the knowledge of what is true, there is no more offering for sins,
Heb 10:27 But only a great fear of being judged, and of the fire of wrath which will be the destruction of the haters of God.
However, I always heard:
Once save, always saved:
Jhn 10:27 My sheep give ear to my voice, and I have knowledge of them, and they come after me:
Jhn 10:28 And I give them eternal life; they will never come to destruction, and no one will ever take them out of my hand.
So, Jan 10:28, is the result of Jhn 10:27, so, if don’t have Jhn 10:27, then Jhn 10:28 would not work.
So, we should have the following mental attitude
Continue following GOD’s will
Psm 34:8 By experience you will see that the Lord is good; happy is the man who has faith in him.
If a person continues following GOD’s will, and continues see Lord is good, it is hard to leave small road, even though he left, GOD still provide back door:
Eze 18:21 But if the evil-doer, turning away from all the sins which he has done, keeps my rules and does what is ordered and right, life will certainly be his; death will not be his fate.
However, is this standard is too high, but if you follow great commandments to do best you can, GOD will provide grace and mercy( extract part of 7)
Mak 12:30 And you are to have love for the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Mak 12:31 The second is this, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself. There is no other law greater than these.
Why there is “with all your” in the requirement:
Since, there are so many of his requirement, we can not do it all perfectly. However GOD is full of grace, that is why GOD said “with all your”. It is just like three years old, can only lift 3 pound of weight, however, 25 years young man could lift 50 pounds of weight. It is like returned prodigal son in the Bible story, even he still in his dirty clothes and smell like pig, GOD is receiving him wholeheartedly. So, GOD is NOT requesting everyone reaching a certain standard , and it is varied by individual. So,
2Co 8:12 For if there is a ready mind, a man will have God's approval in the measure of what he has, and not of what he has not.
However, if you cheat GOD or play lazy game you would have a good surprise in the end, because:
Jer 17:10 I the Lord am the searcher of the heart, the tester of the thoughts, so that I may give to every man the reward of his ways, in keeping with the fruit of his doings.
There is nothing could hide from Him, because he is GOD.
Hope everyone could be like a little child when we see GOD.

Rebirth
Jhn 3:3 Jesus said to him, Truly, I say to you, Without a new birth no man is able to see the kingdom of God.
You can see rebirth is the salvation necessary condition! But what is rebirth?
Jhn 1:12 To all those who did so take him, however, he gave the right of becoming children of God--that is, to those who had faith in his name:
Jhn 1:13 Whose birth was from God and not from blood, or from an impulse of the flesh and man's desire.
2Co 13:5 Make a test of yourselves, if you are in the faith; make certain of yourselves. Or are you not conscious in yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you, if you are truly Christ's?
So, rebirth is tied to our faith(see 14), the person rebirth have Jesus live in them(see 5)

When we follow GOD will, we should examine the originality of our behavior , is it from worldly culture, our inheritance or from the Bible. Also, examine where we put our glory to. Make progress of follow GOD’s will not only quality, but quantities. The more we follow GOD’s will , the greater our faith.

Great commission asks us to not only GO to the world, and, Make disciple ( Purpose ), also, this order is given to the disciple, so, before you GO, you should be a disciple already
Next, it repeats, how to make disciple: Teach whatever rules Jesus give to them, and train them to obey
Let’s see what is disciple from other bible verses:
Jhn 8:31 Then Jesus said to the Jews who had faith in him, If you keep my word, then you are truly my disciples;
And disciple could understand the truth, and truth will make us free
Jhn 8:32 And you will have knowledge of what is true, and that will make you free.
However, all our bible teaching is let us know GOD, why Jesus mention about disciple, because
Rom 1:19 Because the knowledge of God may be seen in them, God having made it clear to them.
Rom 1:20 For from the first making of the world, those things of God which the eye is unable to see, that is, his eternal power and existence, are fully made clear, he having given the knowledge of them through the things which he has made, so that men have no reason for wrongdoing:

From the above verse, we will know, GOD have make him known to us through nature. The only thing left is which one is the true GOD, And, this is the work of disciple

However, GOD still point us the right path:
Mat 7:13 Go in by the narrow door; for wide is the door and open is the way which goes to destruction, and great numbers go in by it.
Mat 7:14 For narrow is the door and hard the road to life, and only a small number make discovery of it.
Once, you start to become disciple, the following situation will occur
Luk 12:51 Is it your opinion that I have come to give peace on earth? I say to you, No, but division:
Luk 12:52 For from this time, a family of five in one house will be on opposite sides, three against two and two against three.
Luk 12:53 They will be at war, the father against his son, and the son against his father; mother against daughter, and daughter against mother; mother-in-law against daughter-in-law, and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.
However a true disciple has been equipped by following the Bible verses. Please see (14 faith), you will know that everything seems bad, however, it is GOD’s grace to strengthen your faith. So, when we evangelize other people, we have to know how to ask questions in order to know where they are:

If your choice is no 1, then, you or anyone can go to heaven(John 3:16), of course, it would be a joke, since, no one can enter your house without your permission , it is also true for GOD’s house.
If you choose no 2, then, who can have such a power, also, can you trust that he will treat everyone fairly, so, there is no one can agree such an arbitrator, so, it can not be the right answer
So, the correct one should be no 3, since heaven is owned by GOD, let’s see how the Bible says:
2Co 13:5 Make a test of yourselves, if you are in the faith; make certain of yourselves. Or are you not conscious in yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you, if you are truly Christ's?
Have faith=Jesus live in you

You need to have bigger faith in order to put in more GOD’s word - until you reach the level of perfection
Jas 2:22 You see that his faith was helping his works and was made complete by them;
F) Authority of faith
1Jn 5:4 Anything which comes from God is able to overcome the world: and the power by which we have overcome the world is our faith.
Jas 5:15 And by the prayer of faith the man who is ill will be made well, and he will be lifted up by the Lord, and for any sin which he has done he will have forgiveness.
G) GOD’s dominion
So, we have discussed related faith issues, however, there is still lack of one thing: GOD’s timing
Exo 33:19 And he said, I will make all the light of my being come before you, and will make clear to you what I am; I will be kind to those to whom I will be kind, and have mercy on those on whom I will have mercy.
So, we have to continue denying ourselves and we will have more faith.
Mat 16:24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him give up all, and take up his cross, and come after me.
H) How to measure size of your faith
Large faith: Once verify and understand Bible word, will do it accordingly, even violate your belief or worldly thinkings.
Medium faith: After satisfying the requirements of Large faith, will look into how many times GOD have said so, also check with your own belief, before do it.
Small faith: After satisfying the requirements of Medium faith, and look into consequence of not following , if it is severe enough, then, will do it.
No faith: After satisfying the requirements of Small faith, will call other people, and gather the census and do it according to majority.
I) In conclusion: A believer should have corresponding behaviors , but please DO NOT use it to measure other people( See 8 Complaint), GOD will be our judge.

When we become a truly bible doer, GOD take residence on us and stay with us, Also, he open our eye, then, we can comprehend GOD’s mysteries and promises. At this moment, it creates a huge gap, between us and people surrounding us. We start to wonder why others could not understand the theory that are so simple and start to lose patient. Then, we will need ask GOD to give us a merciful heart. Since, the wisdom we is a gift from GOD. It is the gift due to we are obeying GOD’s will.
If we don’t acquire merciful heart, it will be a major stumbling block when we try to evangelize others and obstructing our spiritual growth.
A Follow GOD’s person will have potential benefit and promise
A1 GOD grant wisdom, knowledge and joy
3Jn 1:4 I have no greater joy than to have news that my children are walking in the true way.
Ecc 2:26 To the man with whom he is pleased, God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy; but to the sinner he gives the work of getting goods together and storing up wealth, to give to him in whom God has pleasure. This again is to no purpose and desire for wind.
A2 Have eternal life and huge blessings
1Co 2:9 But as it says in the holy Writings, Things which the eye saw not, and which had not come to the ears or into the heart of man, such things as God has made ready for those who have love for him.
Jhn 3:36 He who has faith in the Son has eternal life; but he who has not faith in the Son will not see life; God's wrath is resting on him.
A3 Immerse in GOD’s love

11 Holy
GOD’s eternal will
Heb 12:14 Let your desire be for peace with all men, and to be made holy, without which no man may see the Lord;
1Ts 4:3 For the purpose of God for you is this: that you may be holy, and may keep yourselves from the desires of the flesh;
However, what is our condition?
Jer 17:9 The heart is a twisted thing, not to be searched out by man: who is able to have knowledge of it?
Isa 64:6 For we have all become like an unclean person, and all our good acts are like a dirty robe: and we have all become old like a dead leaf, and our sins, like the wind, take us away.
So, GOD make preparation
Eph 1:4 Even as he made selection of us in Christ from the first, so that we might be holy and free from all evil before him in love:
What shall we respond
2Ti 2:21 If a man makes himself clean from these, he will be a vessel for honour, made holy, ready for the master's use, ready for every good work.
Ultimate being
You must be in Christ: since no matter how you do, you can never meet GOD’s requirement , so, only in Christ(#5), and by Him, when GOD see us was covered by his Holy blood, and in consideration of Jesus holy, we can be holy.
GOD’s eternal will
Heb 12:14 Let your desire be for peace with all men, and to be made holy, without which no man may see the Lord;

What shall we respond
2Ti 2:21 If a man makes himself clean from these, he will be a vessel for honour, made holy, ready for the master's use, ready for every good work.
Ultimate being
You must be in Christ: since no matter how you do, you can never meet GOD’s requirement , so, only in Christ(#5), and by Him, when GOD see us was covered by his Holy blood, and in consideration of Jesus holy, we can be holy.

From 8 and 9, we practice how to follow GOD’s will, let us practice how to do thing with following GOD’s will
Col 3:23 Whatever you do, do it readily, as to the Lord and not to men;
This is a very potent verse , tell us to do everything for GOD, not for the worldly boss. This verse, especially is useful to do the things we do not like to do, however
When we practice this verse, we can also practice the following verses:

8 Complaint
A. Do not complain, because every wards you are complaining is toward GOD, since every person, environment, situations, visible, invisible is controlled by GOD.
Phl 2:14 Do all things without protests and arguments;
1Co 10:10 And do not say evil things against the Lord, as some of them did, and destruction overtook them.
Isa 45:7 I am the giver of light and the maker of the dark; causing blessing, and sending troubles; I am the Lord, who does all these things.
Col 1:16 For by him all things were made, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, authorities, lords, rulers, and powers; all things were made by him and for him;
Deu 32:39 See now, I myself am he; there is no other god but me: giver of death and life, wounding and making well: and no one has power to make you free from my hand.
Rom 8:28 And we are conscious that all things are working together for good to those who have love for God, and have been marked out by his purpose.
B. Do not judge people: Since we do not fully understand the fact and how it happens regarding, persons, object and environment . Because, we are not all knowing, all present. So our judge often are biases and incorrect.
Luk 6:37 Be not judges of others, and you will not be judged: do not give punishment to others, and you will not get punishment yourselves: make others free, and you will be made free:
Rom 2:1 So you have no reason, whoever you are, for judging: for in judging another you are judging yourself, for you do the same things.
Jas 4:11 Do not say evil against one another, my brothers. He who says evil against his brother or makes himself his brother's judge, says evil against the law and is judging the law: and in judging the law you become, not a doer of the law but a judge.
Jas 4:12 There is only one judge and law-giver, even he who has the power of salvation and of destruction; but who are you to be your neighbour's judge?
Jas 5:9 Say no hard things against one another, brothers, so that you will not be judged; see, the judge is waiting at the doors.
C. Do not gossip: What is gossip, the talker and listener just talking something, that they don’t know what to do, and can not do anything about it, and the conversation is benefit to no one. This talk is just an empty word.
Mat 12:36 And I say to you that in the day when they are judged, men will have to give an account of every foolish word they have said.
Mat 12:37 For by your words will your righteousness be seen, and by your words you will be judged.

7 Great commandments
7 Great commandments
GOD want to show his love for us, and reveal his eternal plan, so, he give us Bible. And the Great commandments is the core of this book. If we understand it; we acquire the main guiding thoughts, since it is so important. I like to further discuss it: GOD say:
Mak 12:30 And you are to have love for the Lord, your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Mak 12:31 The second is this, Have love for your neighbor as for yourself. There is no other law greater than these.
1. Why you have love for GOD with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength
Since, he is creator of all universe, everything visible and invisible and he deserve our reverence
Gen 1:1 At the first God made the heaven and the earth.
Jhn 1:3 All things came into existence through him, and without him nothing was.
So, You should honor him, because he is the source of everything, however,
How do GOD see us?

Isa 53:6 We all went wandering like sheep; going every one of us after his desire; and the Lord put on him the punishment of us all.
So, when follow Christ, and call him Lord, we should the following attitude

Also, we should listen to his warning, when we call him LORD, because he say
Mat 7:21 Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
However, what is love GOD?
Is it building him a Temple for him to live, providing sacrifice for eating ? Or taking care of the poor? Let’s check from Bible:

Jhn 14:21 He who has my laws and keeps them, he it is who has love for me: and he who has love for me will be loved by my Father, and I will have love for him and will let myself be seen clearly by him.
Jhn 14:23 Jesus said to him in answer, If anyone has love for me, he will keep my words: and he will be dear to my Father; and we will come to him and make our living-place with him.
Jhn 14:24 He who has no love for me does not keep my words; and the word which you are hearing is not my word but the Father's who sent me.
From the above verses, we can see clearly: love GOD is obey his word, do not love GOD is not obeying his word, there is no room for any disagreement .
Then, what is GOD word ?
Simply put it, is any command that put in the Bible, please read the Postscript, so, we can start to do it .
Why there is “with all your” in the requirement:
Since, there are so many of his requirement, we can not do it all perfectly. However GOD is full of grace, that is why GOD said “with all your”. It is just like three years old, can only lift 3 pound of weight, however, 25 years young man could lift 50 pounds of weight. It is like returned prodigal son in the Bible story, even he still in his dirty clothes and smell like pig, GOD is receiving him wholeheartedly. So, GOD is NOT requesting everyone reaching a certain standard , and it is varied by individual. So,
2Co 8:12 For if there is a ready mind, a man will have God's approval in the measure of what he has, and not of what he has not.
However, if you cheat GOD or play lazy game you would have a good surprise in the end, because:
Jer 17:10 I the Lord am the searcher of the heart, the tester of the thoughts, so that I may give to every man the reward of his ways, in keeping with the fruit of his doings.
There is nothing could hide from Him, because he is GOD.
2. Second, love for your neighbor as for yourself
What is love your neighbor?
Jhn 13:34 I give you a new law: Have love one for another; even as I have had love for you, so are you to have love one for another.
So, how Jesus love us, so , we can do it likewise:
He calm the wind and sea by his word
Wake up dead people by his word
Cure Leprosy sickness by his word
Let the lame walk by his word
But,
Pave the way to allow us to have eternal life with all his all life
We can see what is really important: is let everyone to have eternal life.
Jhn 10:18 No one takes my life away from me; I give it up of myself. I have power to give it up, and I have power to take it again. These orders I have from my Father.
So, when we follow Jesus, is not carrying cross (not your cross), is not dying on the cross, but follow GOD’s will
How to do “Love your neighbor as yourself ?
First how to love yourself, simply put yourself to follow GOD’s will
What is the command regarding self in the Bible:
Gal 6:5 Because every man is responsible for his part of the work.
Everyone should take care of themselves , not put your own burden on other people. However, the world would say it is selfish, or self center. However, this way of living is consistent with GOD’s will, because:
Pro 24:17 Do not be glad at the fall of your hater, and let not your heart have joy at his downfall:
Pro 24:18 For fear that the Lord may see it, and it may be evil in his eyes, and his wrath may be turned away from him.
Gal 6:2 Take on yourselves one another's troubles, and so keep the law of Christ.
However, if you see other people have heavy burden, then we should extend our help to our neighbor.
Mat 16:24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him give up all, and take up his cross, and come after me.
Also, when we follow Jesus, then, we should throw out everything not consistent with GOD’s will , and submit ourselves wholeheartedly .
Mat 16:25 Because whoever has a desire to keep his life safe will have it taken from him; but whoever gives up his life because of me, will have it given back to him.
Because we are giving up our old rusty clothes in exchange for brand new eternal one.
To love other people, would be very simple: To ask other people to follow GOD’s will, like you are doing.

GOD’s creation
Gen 1:27 And God made man in his image, in the image of God he made him: male and female he made them.

Then, men sin
Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
GOD provide salvation
Jhn 3:16 For God had such love for the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life.
Jhn 3:17 God did not send his Son into the world to be judge of the world; he sent him so that the world might have salvation through him.
Why Jesus not come yet

Jhn 14:23 Jesus said to him in answer, If anyone has love for me, he will keep my words: and he will be dear to my Father; and we will come to him and make our living-place with him.
What is this promise bring:
All kinds of spiritual blessings:
Eph 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has given us every blessing of the Spirit in the heavens in Christ:
Col 2:9 For in him all the wealth of God's being has a living form
Can have faith/chosen/eternal life:
Eph 1:4 Even as he made selection of us in him from the first, so that we might be holy and free from all evil before him in love:
Rom 6:23 For the reward of sin is death; but what God freely gives is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.
2Co 13:5 Make a test of yourselves, if you are in the faith; make certain of yourselves. Or are you not conscious in yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you, if you are truly Christ's?
2Ti 1:9 Who gave us salvation, marking us out for his purpose, not on account of our works, but in the measure of his purpose and his grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before times eternal,
1Ti 1:14 And the grace of our Lord was very great, with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
No longer a sinner:
Rom 8:1 For this cause those who are in Christ Jesus will not be judged as sinners.
Rom 8:10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
We are GOD’s work
Eph 2:10 For by his act we were given existence in Christ Jesus to do those good works which God before made ready for us so that we might do them.
Then, how shall we live our life to reflect that Christ is in me
Phl 3:12 Not as if I had even now got the reward or been made complete: but I go on in the hope that I may come to the knowledge of that for which I was made the servant of Christ Jesus.
Phl 3:13 Brothers, it is clear to me that I have not come to that knowledge; but one thing I do, letting go those things which are past, and stretching out to the things which are before,
Phl 3:14 I go forward to the mark, even the reward of the high purpose of God in Christ Jesus.
It is the source of giving thanks:
1Ts 5:16 Have joy at all times.
1Ts 5:17 Keep on with your prayers.
1Ts 5:18 In everything give praise: for this is the purpose of God in Christ Jesus for you.

If we do not follow GOD’s will, It likes we go to a gorgeous restaurant , receiving warm reception , after review the menu, place the order, and ordered dishes put on the table, however, we do not eat, pay the bill and left the restaurant. We are still hungry. If someone asks us about why do we like to go to that restaurant, we would be speechless.
In the same way, we have difficulties preaching our faith, because we do not follow GOD’s will (EAT).

Jhn 14:21 He who has my laws and keeps them, he it is who has love for me: and he who has love for me will be loved by my Father, and I will have love for him and will let myself be seen clearly by him.
Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, or your ways my ways, says the Lord.
Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Since, GOD’s thoughts and ways are not worldly thoughts and ways, So, if GOD do not show up, we could never be able to figure it out. Even, you think you got it, GOD will block it out, if you do not follow his path, see next bible verse:
Luk 10:21 At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure.
Seeing GOD: Jhn 14:21, it is only bible verse that I could find.
Here is the step to do it:
Has my laws: By reading bible, recite bible, meditate bible verse, and do it until GOD word become your thoughts.
Abide my laws: Do it with every your efforts possible.
After He showed up: GOD will let us know according to his grace, at his time. Because without his presence, we can not understand bible using worldly way, and can not understand him.
If we do not follow GOD’s will, then, we can not true understand GOD. (1Jn 2:3-4) , because to understand GOD’s word need to have equivalent level of faith (Heb 4:2). If you do not keep follow GOD’s will, then, your faith will be faded away to gradually die. (Jas 2:26} And, the knowledge of Bible would make us proud and become useless to anyone.(1Co 8:1)
